How to Apply for the Prize

The 2013 Eisner Prize is a $150,000 cash award designed to recognize excellence by an individual or a non-profit organization in uniting multiple generations, especially seniors and youth, to bring about positive and lasting changes in their community.

The Eisner Foundation is now accepting nominations for the 2013 Eisner Prize for Intergenerational Excellence! Nominations will only be accepted through the use of this online form and must be received on or before July 15, 2013.

 

 

 

In order to be eligible, nominees must:

- Be a non-profit organization or individual (no for-profit companies or businesses);
- Be located in the United States and conduct all prize-related activity in the United States;
- Be able to demonstrate a proven track record of bringing together multiple generations, especially seniors and youth, to bring about positive and lasting changes in their community; and
- Be able to explain how the results of the nominee’s work could be replicated with positive and sustainable impact in communities across the United States.

You may nominate yourself or your own organization.
